Toria took on finding us a good holiday for us for my husband's last birthday. We knew we wanted to go to Grange-over-Sands on Morecombe Bay but had a limited budget and only a short time to book everything.
She arranged everything for us, including booking restaurants and letting the hotel know our precise requrements. We had a hotel we had thought of but she found a much better hotel at a better price. We had a fantastic view in our room, which was really important to us. She checked in with us to make sure everything was OK and afterwards checked to see if there was anything we needed to follow up on.
Overall I felt in really safe hands - it was brilliant knowing that if I needed anything she was there and could sort out any issues - not that anything came up - we had a great time!
